This weekend we packed up the cars with baby gear and headed up to Beaver Creek for Drew's law firms annual retreat. Every year they put up all of the attorneys and their families for 2 nights at The Ritz. We have 2 planned dinners that we have to attend, so we brought up Drew's parents, Mike and Toni to watch Gray at night (and during our spa treatments!) We were so grateful they were able to come!
Fall is my FAVORITE time of the year. I love everything about it... the clothes, the cool nights, the long shadows, the changing colors. We were so lucky on this trip, the weather was BEAUTIFUL and most of the leaves were still on the trees. Usually by this time of year, all of the color is gone. It was perfect!

Nap time Gray's first night away from home was not his best. He didn't cry one bit, but he grunted the ENTIRE night. We weren't sure what this was about, but it kept us up all night. Drew came back to the room at 2am thinking he would get to sleep until he had to be at his 8am business meeting....boy was he wrong.
