Front yard pumpkin patch.

He's definitely plotting something
"Are those cheeks real?"
Love.

I wish I had his hair.
Lou was not wanting to take pictures!

Since I wasn't able to take pictures of Gray and Lou together at the Pumpkin Patch, we did it at home! Lou was not excited, which is why there are no smiles. On a side note, I think Lou's cheeks are getting bigger and Gray's hair is getting more curly!

SIX!

Half a year old!
Watching her brother with amazement!
This is probably my favorite outfit to date! Thanks Nanny Toni!

Shirtless because of spit up and Lou was getting too cranky to bother putting on something else.
Gray had to be in the Pumpkin Girl photos!
She looks so curious here.
Sweetest little smile.

How could I resist adding this? PRICELESS!

 HAPPY 6 MONTHS LOUISE!
How can it be? Half way to a year? Not possible!
Lou is still a very happy baby, although she has been super cranky the last couple of days with her teething a slight cold and who knows what else bothering her! So we had to have a few different photo shoots to try to get some 6 month pictures.

Lou has started solids, babbles constantly, make a silly dinosaur noise, rocks back and forth on her hands and knees, loves watching Gray do just about everything, still loves her bouncy chair, needs a bang trim and is the sweetest baby ever!

FOOD!

I'm so ready for this, Mom.
The whole family came to watch.

Ready?
I got this, Dad. You can let go.
Interesting.
Let me try it again.
Hmmmm.
How I wish I was focused on Lou and not on Drew. This face is the best.

She liked it!
Gray cheering her on!

Lou started solids. With Gray they said to start with rice cereal, so we did and he hated it. We moved on quickly. Lou's doctor told us that now you can start with any fruit or vegetable so we chose sweet potatoes. She seemed to like them the first day, however the second day she spit most of them out and shivered with every bite. I couldn't help but laugh. We'll try apples next!

Brother+Sister

We were waiting for Lou to go down for a nap and Gray LOVES to play in our bed. So, we jumped in and I got my camera hoping I'd get a good picture of the two of them. They were both having so much fun. Gray was singing all sorts of songs to Lou and anytime I'd join in he would say "NO, Mommy! Stop!" He wanted to sing to her alone. They really do love each other, for now.

Beaver Creek.

Love this girl.
We were just having a little chat and Lou started sucking on my nose.
It was snowing when we got up to Beaver Creek. SOOO not ready for winter.
Not the most flattering picture, but pretty hysterical!

This reminds me of Lou's birth announcement. She looks so different.
I can't handle the cuteness.

We went up to Beaver Creek for Drew's firm retreat last weekend. Gray stayed in Denver for a stay-cation with Drew's parents and Lou headed up with us. Drew had meetings Friday night and Saturday through lunch so Lou and I hung out together. She is napping every hour and a half so we didn't get to leave the room for very long. I was OK with that. It was nice to just take it easy all afternoon. Can't wait to go back with Lou AND Gray.
