One and a half.

You have no idea what it takes to get a picture like this. Scowl, crazy hair...this was the best one! ha.

Lou has this cool brown spot in her left eye, that I think you can finally see in a picture.

As we were taking Lou's picture, Nanny Neetie and Grandpa Jim came in the front door and Lou peeked at the front door and then went running to them with a big smile.

Even though Gray was sick today, he wanted his picture taken too! Cutie!

Lou is one and a half.

-She is opinionated. If she doesn't want something you are offering she hits it out of your hand. It's so sweet and super fun to deal with (not).
-She wakes up happy, has a great morning and then from about 3:00 until she goes to bed 6:30 she is cranky, bossy, emotional, demanding. This is also super fun to deal with (not).
-Lou's vocabulary amazes me every day. She is now saying two words in a row. "Sit down," "Where's Gray?" "Up Mommy!" just to name a few.
-She loves to ride in the bike trailer. She always has, but now she gets her helmet out and tries to climb in even when we aren't going anywhere.
-Lou continues to contribute to Ellie's love handles. She feeds her at least 1/2 of everything she eats.
-Lou loves to boogie down. Anytime there is music on, you can catch Lou bopping around.
-Lou has a thing for washcloths. She only likes the baby washcloths. She carries them around, puts them on her head (and then looks at herself in the mirror and laughs) or  lays them out flat on the carpet (and then lays her cheek on it). It's bizarre but hilarious.

Although Lou has entered a difficult stage, she is still such a sweet, happy, loving girl. I always said that 18-20 months were some of the hardest months when Gray was little.  I think Lou just started a little early and without a doubt will keep being difficult until she is 30.
